Auckland, New Zealand - World-leading email signature platform Crossware this week announced that it is on-track to double its growth figures for the European Union (EU), with year-on-year licencing numbers set be 24 per cent higher in 2025 than 2024.
This announcement comes off the back of a major project with one of Europe’s largest luxury goods conglomerates and continuing partner-led growth across the EU driving growing usage rates.
“Crossware continues to see strong growth across the EU, with sales via our existing partnership channels and direct engagement with larger organisations fuelling our expansion,” said Mr Troy Adams, Managing Director of Crossware.
"Licensing revenue rose 18 per cent in 2023-24 compared with the previous year, and platform usage is forecast to increase a further 20 per cent in 2024-25. We are seeing continuing strong demand for our email signature management platform across both large private and public sector organisations, as well as the medium enterprise segment, demonstrated by the significant year-on-year increase in licensing revenue.”
As a leading platform for email signatures globally, Crossware’s software is used on over 1.8 billion emails annually across 80 countries, giving it a 10 per cent share of the global email market.
Crossware’s email signature management solution easily integrates within the Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, HCL Domino and Google Workspace ecosystems.
Its clients benefit from the ability to manage the email signatures of thousands of employees, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements and reinforcing brand messaging.
Email signature solutions are essential for brand consistency, compliance, and effective marketing, with Crossware recognised as an industry leader providing robust and flexible solutions that meet the needs of organisations worldwide.
“Our continuing substantial growth across the EU, along with the wider Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), region will see us appoint a dedicated Chief Growth Officer for the region as we see this area being one of our key markets going forward,” Mr Adams said.
“Our high-quality, compliant and secure email signature management solution meets the rigorous compliance, regulatory and branding requirements for European headquartered organisations. Due to these reasons, we believe that Crossware is well-positioned to become a market leader in this space which will see us maintain both our organic growth as well as identify opportunities for targeted acquisitions, allowing us to consolidate our hold in existing and new markets.”
